Mr. Raghbir Singh Bharowal, a former RCIC, was charged with multiple instances of dishonesty and fabricating fraudulent documents. His license was permanently revoked on September 27, 2024. We received a report that he continues to practice without a license, even after committing serious offenses. An investigation was conducted and confirmed the allegations to be true. As he is an unauthorized practitioner with a history of serious violations and continuous infringements following the revocation of his license, we have flagged his company and associated profiles as being very high risk to the public.
