Few Important Facts About Database
  • Fact 1: The database is being created after extensive research and analysis. We are examining various court cases, police reports, social media content, news reports, and other sources.
  • Fact 2: A communication strategy has been initiated with potential UAPs (Unauthorized Professionals) and UACE-SN (Unauthorized Corporates and Entities) to ascertain whether they hold a license to practice or have an agent/associate agreement.
  • Fact 3: The risk profile score has been assigned after analyzing their practices, history, promotions, behaviors, and other factors. This score provides insights into infringements and adds greater credibility to the database. We do not follow a "one-size-fits-all" policy.
  • Fact 4: A reconsideration policy has been implemented to provide additonal level of fairness.
  • Fact 5: The database does not imply in any way that a particular community, region, or profession is responsible for unauthorized activities. The results may simply reflect the regions we are indexing.
  • Fact 6: With over 4,000 UAPs, UACE-SN, and HTNs (High-Traffic Networks) still to be processed as of December 2024, and an ongoing data collection process, the database will reflect evolving insights. The first 100 entries represent only a small fraction of what remains to be processed.
  • Fact 7: Level I and Level II investigations have been implemented, and reporting has been given greater priority, as time is of the essence.
  • Fact 8: Images have been implemented for high-risk profiles or individuals who market their faces. This initiative encourages more people and victims to come forward and report their experiences.
