Trustvisory maintains a public database of unauthorized practitioners and entities (UAP/UACE), Human Trafficking Networks (HTNs), Impersonation Scams and Frauds (ISFs) to protect users and ensure compliance. Inclusion in the UAP-INLD is based on verified evidence and based on complaints. Users or entities listed may:

  1. Request a reconsideration or correction through our formal appeal process.
  2. Submit supporting evidence for reconsideration.

The UAP-INLD serves a public interest purpose and is not subject to general privacy rights, as outlined in our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the platform is the property of Trustvisory or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from Trustvisory.
