- Service Not Delivered: If a service was paid for but not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Service Deficiency: If the delivered service is substantially different from what was agreed upon in terms of scope or quality.
- Overpayment: If an overpayment was made due to billing errors or other reasons.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients should:
- Submit a Written Request: Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, including any relevant supporting documentation.
- Timeframe: Submit the refund request within 30 Days from the date of the transaction.
4. Evaluation of Refund Requests
Upon receiving a refund request:
- Internal Review: Our team will assess the request, considering the evidence provided and the specifics of the case.
- Decision Notification: Clients will be informed of the decision within 14 days of the request submission.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for clients who change their mind after the service has been delivered as agreed.
7. Reconsideration of Refund Decisions
If a Reconsideration request is denied, the reconsideration fees are non-refundable. If reconsideration request is approved AND error is found at our site, the reconsideration fees are refundable. If no error is found on our site AND reconsideration is approved based on providing additional evidence or context, the reconsideration fees are non-refundable.
